Due to moral, ethical and professional differences with KZG, we have chosen not to be a part of their future business plan.
It has always been our philosophy that loyalty is a two way street...if a customer shows loyalty to a supplier, they should be shown the same loyalty from their supplier
Unfortunately, (in our opinion) KZG has proven to us that they choose not to share the same philosophy, and their business accumen of not supporting their dealers, means that dealers cannot support their customers.....which is you!
So, after careful consideration, we decided to sever ties with KZG effective November, 2009.
For those of you who have purchased KZG products from us, and looking for an upgrade or replacement...we will take it upon oursellves to upgrade you to a superior product by a different company that has proven themselves to have pride in their products...and reputation (i.e. Scratch golf or similar) at our cost....
Hell, even if it means we need to lose a few bucks to make sure you are happy, we will do it.
YOU, are the reason we are here....we know that...and unlike some companies, we will never lose that focus..
