The new 460cc Detonator (also known as the "D3" for it's three design changes priot to release) from Tourswing was created using the finest designs from their top three drivers to create the "Ultimate Driving Machine".
The crown and head shape was taken from their head with the largest MOI, the Proton....but unlike the 420cc Proton, the Detonator is blown up to a full 460cc!
The sole plate comes from the 5n2 Driver which revolutionary design allowed the movement of more weight mass towards the rear of the head for even more stability.
The face plate is from the Octane which was the hottest and lowest spinning of the TourSwing line....but with an added feature...a new propriatary titanium blend , never used in golf equipment that allowed an extremely thin and resilliant face.
